Our story
As President of Suntel, Jim Mei brings over 35 years of experience designing custom and spec homes to the company. At Suntel, we specialize in creating custom portfolios of house plans for builders and developers, based on the specific needs of each development. In order to focus on this specialized area, we no longer take on custom homes, remodels, or commercial projects. Our house plans are known for their builder-friendliness, high curb appeal, and marketability. Our team of experienced designers and construction experts have over 20 years of experience creating residential construction documents, which allows us to create plans that are easy to build, well-detailed, and cost-effective. We are proud to work with clients such as D.R. Horton, Lennar, Renaissance Homes, and National Development, and currently have over 1000 lots in 3 states under contract.
